TV Church S01E32 | “Blessed Are Those Who Lose It All”

You have an awesome idea that would serve others and glorify God. But your efforts might totally flop. Is it better to try and fail or play it safe? Find out on this episode of TV Church.

💬 Message:
John Lemons, Minister to Young Adults at FBC Huntsville, teaches on Jesus’ parable of the talents. The servants in the story were each given enormous sums of money to steward, or take care of, in their master’s absence. Everyone was given something, but one of the servants played it safe. He buried his talent, and that’s what got him into trouble.

How can you use your gifts or passions for kingdom work? Many people try to do things for God’s kingdom that flop, but the story today tells us that it’s not the success that matters. It’s the trying. God is on the hook for the results.

🎤 Interview:
Lisa Ceci interviews Johnathan Fowler of Fow Wow Designs. He discusses how we are created in the image of God, a turning point in his faith journey, and how God has blessed his business. He encourages us to be bold in using our talents to serve God and others.
